and not be disturbed. You may even wish to be lying down.

release blockages and promote healing. It may be helpful to have tissues and water nearby.
You will receive insights and information during your session that provide guidance or clarity on your
intention. You may want to have a pen and paper handy to take down any important notes or reflections.

Your practitioner will connect with you energetically and begin to channel Reiki energy to you. While you will not physically feel the practitioner's touch, you may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, or relaxation in different parts of your body. Each person's experience with Reiki is unique, and it's normal to have varying sensations, emotions, or insights during the session. Trust in the process and allow yourself to receive the healing energy and guidance that is offered to you.
The session may be recorded and provided to you after.
AFTER
After your session, you may feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and more balanced. It's common to experience feelings of calm, clarity, and emotional release. It's important to take some time for self-care and reflection to integrate the experience and insights received. Here are some suggestions for what you can do after:
