Sound bowl healing is a fully-immersive experience that covers your body in a blanket of sound that invites you to detach from outside distractions, quiet the mind, and connect internally.
Our practitioner uses the harmonious frequency of crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz and alchemy bowls tuned to 440 Hz to create an environment that facilitates deep meditation, promotes healing, and aligns the body to a natural state of balance. Both frequencies are known for their ability to connect with the heart chakra, encouraging emotional release and connection.

How to Prepare
Take a moment to reflect on what you hope to achieve or receive from the session. Whether it's relaxation, stress relief, emotional release, or connection, setting clear intentions can help guide the experience.
It's recommended you wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can lie down and not be disturbed. You may want to dim the lights, light candles or incense, and
use any other tools or objects that help you feel grounded and relaxed. Emotions may surface during the session,
so it may be helpful to have tissues and water nearby. You may also want to have a pen and notebook with you to capture insights from the experience.

DURING
During your session, your practitioner will provide an introduction on the science of sound and how it works on the body and brain. After discussion your intentions, you will be guided through a short relaxation exercise to prepare the mind and body. Using crystal singing bowls, your practitioner will create a harmonious and therapeutic soundscape. Each bowl produces unique frequencies and vibrations that resonate with different parts of your body and energy field.
Approach the session with an open mind and heart. Allow yourself to be fully present, let go of any expectations, experience and express whatever emotions arise, knowing that it's all part of the healing process. The session may be recorded and provided to you after.

AFTER
After your sound healing session, you may experience a range of sensations as you integrate the vibrations. Most commonly, you can expect to feel a sense of deep relaxation, elevated mood, improved sleep, and emotional release. Here are some suggestions to support your integration after sound healing:

Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and facilitate the flow of energy within your body. Hydration is important for supporting the body's natural healing processes. -
Rest and Relax:
Allow yourself time to rest and relax after the session. Take a few moments to lie down or sit quietly, allowing the healing vibrations to continue working. -
Reflect on Your Experience:
Take some time to reflect on your experience. Notice any physical sensations, emotions, thoughts, or insights that arose during the session. Journaling can be helpful for processing your experience. -
Follow-Up Care:
Follow through with any recommendations from your practitioner, this could include incorporating sound healing music into your routine, practicing mindfulness or meditation, or regular sounds healing sessions.
